Adventure Car Hop is the place to go for food that's always right. If you grew up in the Greater Boston Area in the 1950's and 60's you probably have some fond memories of Adventure Car Hop. If you listened to Arnie "Woo Woo " Ginsberg on A.M. 1510 WMEX (and who didn't) you didn't need any help finding it as you were constantly barraged with the Adventure Car Hop jingle. Do you remember? "Adventure Car Hop is the place to
go Route One, Saugus MA, was our local version of Route 66. The dawning of fast food and even faster cars and those cars (and their drivers) needed a place to "hang out". I think of "Adventure" every time I see American Graffiti. It was sort of our own version of Mel's Drive-In. Those AM radios would be blasting with Americas Top 40. If you were lucky, you had the latest in radio technology, rear seat speakers, and if you were ultra cool you might even have had a 45 RPM record player mounted under the dashboard. And rims, from where else but " Ellis The Rim Man.". Just tell them Arnie sent you! Do You Remember Arnie's special sandwhich?Served on a 45RPM record! "The Ginsburger"? Or was it Ginsberger?
